The delightful kitchen dining area with a vaulted ceiling and oak units is full of character and equipped with all the essentials. The sitting room contains exposed king post trusses and a log burning stove which creates an impressive feature of the space. An arched window looks out onto the private cobbled courtyard and makes the room bright and airy. The property has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a gorgeous Victorian roll top bath, shower over, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds as well as an en suite shower room, toilet and hand basin. Outside there is a seating area in the cobbled courtyard at the front of the property. Electronic gates ensure that the property is secure and private. Guests can also walk through the 30 acres of the owners grounds to further explore the area and view the wildlife which includes badgers, foxes and owls. Please note: our accommodation is on one level with open plan kitchen/dining leading through an open vestibule to the lounge/sitting area. In occupying either of the bedrooms, in the event of a fire in either the kitchen or the lounge, other than through the emergency window exits in both bedrooms, guests would have to exit through either the lounge or the kitchen. Whilst from the single bedded bedroom (the one with shower room) there is the reasonable option of exiting through either through the kitchen or the lounge exit doors, in the event of a fire in lounge, those occupying the king bedded room would be reliant on the emergency windows in their bedroom. As such this room would not be suitable for use by people with mobility issues.
