1st floor comprises of landing and two bedrooms, one king size room with en-suite and the second large bedroom contains double bed, single bed and pull out bed which is serviced by separate main bathroom with electric shower, bath, toilet & hand basin.

Facilities include, hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine; SAT / Cable TV with UK channels & DVD in sitting room; and T.V. in kitchen area with local channels, oil fired central heating and open solid fuel fire in sitting room. Free Wifi.

There is ample car parking. Bed linen and towels supplied. Sleeps 7 persons comfortably.
