The house is only moments away from a excellent mix of independent shops, art galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Dartmouth has something for everyone, with the River Dart offering river cruises to nearby Dittisham and Totnes or why not explore this beautiful part of South Devon by Steam Train from Kingswear to Paignton. Dancing Beggars sits on three levels, with a its cosy, yet well equipped open-plan kitchen/living room with good sized open fire on the ground floor. Spiral stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and family bathroom. Spiral stairs continue up to the Master bedroom on the second floor, sitting under the eaves with a beautiful stained glass window above the double bed. The owners have stylishly decorated Dancing Beggars with nautical features throughout, complimenting Dartmouth's history. Its a great house for couples or families with older children. Due to the spiral stairs, this property would only be suitable for pre-crawling babies.

Kitchen and Utilities: Integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, ceramic electric four ring hob, slimline dishwasher, under counter fridge and countertop freezer 

Entertainment: Smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Integrated DVD player in the master bedroom. 

Outside: small courtyard to the side of the property, table and chairs provided.

Parking: A parking permit is provided for all year round use on the Mayor Avenue car park on a first come first serve basis, only a short walk away. During Dartmouth Regatta, guests are instructed to use the park and ride at the top of the town.

General: WiFi provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby Equipment is not provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Property is only suitable for pre-crawling babies. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
