It has three bedrooms; one double with en-suite shower room, one double and one twin, with a separate family bathroom, and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room. Outside has a front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. There is off-road parking available for several cars. Cwm Yr Afon Mawr is the ultimate remote property for exploring Wales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Boasting many local attractions including: the Neolithic standing stones, Stone of Llanbedr, and Bronze Age hut circles. It is situated near the coast and has access to many picturesque beaches along the way.

Note: One of the double bedrooms has a small doorway, so guests may have to duck upon entering. Note: The owner will consider a second pet upon request. Please note: This property has a private water supply. Unfortunately no EV car charging is permitted in the property.
