These are the following points I would like to make:-
1.. Several hand towels had large brown marks on them.
2.Matress covers badly stained especially Single bed.
3.No pillow case protectors.
4.Bed linen not ironed.
5.Would have benifited from a sheet under the duvet
6.Very limited crockery EG no additional large plates.
Other than the above comments everything else was perfect.
I holiday with my son, aged 40, who is slightly disabled.. We booked this home again for next year before we left, as we liked it so much, it felt like a "home from home". Everything was perfect. We especially liked the beds, and the quietness at night. There is so much to see and do in this area, two local steam railways at Buckfastleigh and Paignton, and Bodmin steam railway an easy drive away.
Lovely cottage, one of the best self catering holiday homes we have had.. Comfortable, spacious, clean, warm with everything we needed and more. Very conveniently located for many of South Devon's great attractions and close to village pub, co-op and historic church. Would highly recommend.
Have just enjoyed a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable, warm, clean, well equipped, and spacious cottage.. It's location made it ideal to explore this part of Devon. Would not hesitate in recommending it.
Second time we have stayed here.. Just as good the second time.
The cottage was superb, very well organised and very clean.. Furnished to high standard and the towels were wonderful. Stayed here for a week as was working in Devon for the week. So impressed have already booked for February when we return for some more work but would certainly consider it whenever we return to Devon.
Beautiful cottage, great bathrooms and big fluffy towels.. Good location near to attractions, towns and beaches.Would love to return.
