Heading upstairs you will find four bedrooms, two king size master bedrooms, both with the luxury of a free standing bath in which to relax and admire the glorious views, they also have TV's, and en suite shower rooms with shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are two family suites with a king size bed and a high sleeper single bed, TV's and they share a Jack and Jill shower room with a shower and WC. The spacious landing area is light and airy and offers a place for children to pull up a bean bag, get out the board games or watch the Smart TV. There is also a ladder (with a safety lock) that leads up to a secret den area where teenagers can chill out playing the Xbox 1. There are stair gates at both the top and the bottom of the stairs for added safety and to help keep pets on the ground floor. Outside, there is an extensive enclosed garden which is east facing and is a real sun trap, it offers a number of seating areas which are ideal to relax in after a busy day exploring or enjoy sociable family mealtimes with the gas BBQ. There is also private parking for up to four cars.
