The King Harry Ferry, which runs every 20 minutes, is within easy reach along with the many beaches the Roseland has to offer. There are plentiful coastal walks from your doorstep, which both human and canine friends will enjoy or perhaps launch a kayak or paddle board and tour the stunning coastline by water. The nearby village of St Mawes offers a lovely selection of independent boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries; alongside a pretty harbour and historic castle with the Lamorran House Garden well worth a visit. From here you can jump on the pedestrian ferry and enjoy a day in Falmouth or take a cruise on Carrick Roads. In the summertime, you can enjoy a boat trip to the beautiful St Anthony Head. Other attractions easily accessible from here include the cathedral city of Truro, boasting an array of shops and eateries and the ever popular Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Head through the lounge into the light and airy dining area with ever changing nautical views and the far reaching countryside beyond perfect for catching up with all the family or friends over a meal at the dining table. From here there is a door which leads out onto the raised terrace, perfect to enjoy some al fresco dining. The kitchen has everything you need with an electric Rangemaster oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine; the perfect space for creating a family meal whilst listening to the Bose sound system playing your favourite songs. There s also a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC with a door which leads out to the rear, enclosed courtyard, the perfect suntrap to enjoy your morning coffee. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, the king size has its own balcony which is perfect for enjoying a coffee or watching the sublime sunsets over the estuary.
