The village is half a mile walk, where a country pub serves food and local ales, while the beach side pub/restaurant in nearby Low Newton serves ale from its microbrewery and a stroll to the nature reserve allows for a spot of bird watching, The market town Alnwick is a must visit for the magnificent castle that was used as part of the set on the Harry Potter films. Take a boat trip to the rugged Farne Islands from Seahouses harbour and you might be lucky enough to spot some seals. This single storey accommodation invites you to relax as soon as you arrive. Head into the spacious kitchen/diner with everything you need to prepare tasty meals and hearty breakfasts. With an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine to ensure you feel at home. Outside, you can sit and enjoy an al fresco drink on the garden furniture just in front of the conservatory and look out onto the lawn, while the kids delight in playing in the enclosed shared play area with swings, a slide, see saw and climbing frame.
