Rising to the top floor which boasts an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner stylishly furnished, the kitchen area includes electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a wine cooler. The comfortable dining area seats ten with ease and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a 55" Smart TV, and Blu ray player. There is a snug with a compendium table sits just inside the sliding balcony doors from where you can sit on the rattan style furniture and drink in the fabulous sea views and coastline. Stepping outside there is a two car driveway with an electric charging point.
