Perfectly situated, you will be just a short drive away from the stunning North Devon coast and the pretty beach at Buck's Mills. Just slightly further, yet still within easy reach, is the much sought after fishing village of Clovelly, which is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, with its cobbled streets filled with shops and pubs leading down to a picturesque harbour. Also, close by, the delightful village of Hartland boasts an array of amenities and, in the other direction, Westward Ho! offers 3 miles of golden sandy beach making it the ultimate day out for the family. Other attractions in the area include Bude, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Hartland Abbey, The Milky Way Adventure Park and many more. Step inside this pretty property and you will firstly find yourself in the entrance hall with a handy WC and understairs storage area. Entering into the cosy and welcoming lounge, there are comfortable leather sofas which are arranged around the Smart TV/DVD providing entertainment for all. The kitchen/diner can be seen from the lounge across a breakfast bar and stools providing a perfect venue for a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day. The kitchen itself is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The conservatory/dining room offers a more formal setting for those special meals and there is room for everyone around the large wooden table. French doors lead out from the conservatory to the suntrap courtyard garden. Heading upstairs, the first floor has two bedrooms: one double and a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower over the bath and WC. Up again to the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. Venturing outside via the French doors from the conservatory, you will find a lovely suntrap enclosed patio area with garden furniture. This provides a lovely place to dine alfresco. There is private off road parking for one car and further roadside parking is available nearby (subject to availability).
