The village, through which the River Usk runs with its ancient stone bridge, is also home to a useful shop for stocking up on supplies and a Post Office. Set out on foot or bicycle and follow the Crickhowell Canal Walk, which runs all the way to Crickhowell (5 miles), passing surrounding hills and countryside along the way.
