Heading a mile further south from Bridport will bring you to the popular coastal resort of West Bay. The swathes of pebble beach offer spectacular views over Golden Cap and wonderful walks along the South West Coast Path. Boat trips also run from the working harbour around the coast to Lyme Regis. This pretty town is well worth a visit and is home to charming cobbled streets, ice cream coloured houses and plenty of galleries to browse.
