Local attractions include Cartmel Race Course (2 miles), Cartmel Priory (2 miles), Holker Hall (0.5 miles), Lakeland Motor Museum (7 miles), Lakeside and Haverthwaite Steam Railway (6 miles) and Lake Windermere (9 miles). The seaside town of Grange over Sands is 4 miles away. The cottage enjoys open plan living with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The cosy lounge features a window seat that overlooks the river where you can watch the world go by and curl up with a book, or relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the warming wood burner while enjoying a movie.
