A detached stone cottage, Cothi View is situated on a country estate in beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. There are walks from the door, fishing available on the river that can occasionally be glimpsed through the trees and mountain biking in the Brechfa Forest. The pretty market town of Llandeilo is 10 miles away with interesting independent shops, cafes and restaurants. A great base from which to explore Carmarthenshire and into the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Outdoors: Outside, there is a narrow gated driveway to the side of the property, and enclosed, gravelled patio to the rear with garden furniture. There is swingball on the terrace. To the front of the property, across the shared access driveway, is a pretty, lawned garden area, with mature trees and shrubs and bench. This is quite private at this end, but shared with the adjacent property and not enclosed. Fishing on the River Cothi, just 200 metres from the cottage (Please contact us for details).
