* The living area isn't huge - it would most comfortably sit three guests on the sofa and armchair
* While there is a lift, it stops a half a level up from the flat so you don't really avoid many stairs as the flat is on the first floor
* There is a low railing on the terrace so it's not a home for those travelling with young children
