From your door you are served with access onto the countryside and ancient woodlands of which you can cross to gain access to Symonds Yat Rock, and just a little further are the banks of the River Wye where you can cross the Wye on the penny ferry or wander on up to Biblins suspension bridge. For the more adventurous there is caving, abseiling and canoeing available from Symonds Yat, and a high wire rope course from Mallards Pike. Bike hire is available with trails that will take you deep into the forest. Visit Puzzlewood and Clearwell with ancient caves, and Ross on Wye, with timbered Tudor houses, shops and restaurants. The barn is situated within the grounds of the owner s home and is perfect for any stay in the Forest of Dean. Step into the open plan living space, with tall ceilings and original barn doors that are fully glazed enhances the barns charm. For relaxing an area with a corner sofa suite and TV where you can catch up after a day exploring. A dining table takes centre stage and is perfect for a family supper.
