This cottage is in a great location. There is a shop 30 seconds walk away in one directions and there is he town centre in other direction which is a 2 minute walk. The landlord was very supportive and resolved issues very quickly as the arose. We were there for work purposes and ended up spending lockdown there which was very pleasant indeed, The house was clean with all the amenities you need whilst you stay there. Will be returning for a social visit. Highly recommended to everyone.

A clean, comfy and well equipped cottage that is in a central Pickering location, however is slightly loud, due to being next to the main road, but has enough access to Scarborough and Whitby.

Stayed here in 2018. Enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. Very spacious and more than enough room for our family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room is very cosy. The log burner kept us snug after days out in North Yorkshire. A fantastic base to explore the area.

We chose the location for the purpose of an artists Autumn painting break. We chose the accommodation due the being a party of four aged 47-60 & required 3 room's. -The high quality kitchen was fully equipped for all levels of culinary skills. The Breakfast bar we found also a good place to chat. The utility was fully equipped as expected. We really enjoyed the dining room with its chunky oak table, atmospheric lighting & reading crook. Lots of room for 6. The cosy living room was a good size, with two plush sofas,a log burner & log basket and stock. I found upper floor i found too the same exact standard & quality. With plush carpets & beautiful solid wood beds. All the bedding and soft furnishings were of a high standard. All rooms were tastefully decorated with that finishing touch of luxury and attention to detail I found downstairs. The bathroom is modern with little touches to make your stay more special. We really enjoyed our time at Cobblers cottage & are looking forward to future visits. We were looking for accommodation, that had stayed true too the essence of the building yet added all those little touches you would except of this level. Thank you so much to Cobblers cottage.

Stayed here with family and friends. A fantastic cottage. Cosy and clean yet spacious enough to accommodate us and the dog without a problem. A beautifully presented home from home. Pickering and the surrounding area offers a great deal of opportunity to explore some fantastic countryside. We will definitely return to this one.

We had a wonderful stay at Cobbler's Cottage with our two young children. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to navigate, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the log burner made it feel cosy. A real home away from home.

Spent a week here with some of my family and found this to be a most wonderful place with good facilities and plenty of room for us all. The house was clean and tidy. We hoped it would be cold enough outside to use the wood burner, but unfortunately not. We will be visiting again, without doubt.

A lovely, homely cottage which was nicer and bigger than we expected. It had everything in the kitchen needed for a family, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and came with full instructions for all appliances. It was in a perfect location, very near local conveniences, and easy for getting to and from the sights of North Yorkshire. There were lots of good restaurants nearby.
