Coastal Cottage is a fresh stone cottage in the village of St. Combs near Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a king-size double and a twin with a family bathroom on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a front lawned garden. Situated in stunning countryside, Coastal Cottage is a charming cottage, suitable for an excellent holiday at any time of the year.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Utility. Sitting room with dining area.

Area
Fraserburgh is situated just along the north east coast from Aberdeen and borders the mouth of the Moray Firth. It is a busy fishing port with todays boats far bigger than they were in bygone days. The town is a real community with an impressive 18 hole golf course. With its modern clubhouse visitors are most welcome and can enjoy the bar, dining room and lounge areas that overlook the course and sand dunes.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

My wife and myself along with our beloved little dogs have just returned from a lovely relaxing holiday at Coastal Cottage, we arrived at the cottage which I must say was spotlessly clean to a lovely welcome pack which included fresh milk in the fridge and tea/coffee plus shortbread to help us settle in. The cottage had everything we needed for our break, a lovely bathroom cozy lounge with wifi throughout and a lovely comfortable bedroom. The beautiful beach was only a short stroll away and we loved our daily walks along the lovely sand while watching the seals fishing just off the shore, sincere thanks to the property owners Zander and Faye for their hospitality. A last mention due to the sad ongoing Covid situation the local hotel and cafe sadly were closed, the local post office/chip shop was open and we enjoyed some lovely freshly cooked fish and chips well worth a visit as the staff were so helpful.

We were very pleased with the cottage.. it was exactly as listed on the website. very comfortable, beautifully clean. The little extra touches like tea/coffee/sugar and biscuits were a lovely surprise and after an eight hour drive welcomed before we started the unpacking. The village was quieter than we expected with nothing for our our Grandson other than the beach. we had a meal at the Tufted Duck, the food was delicious, freshly prepared and served by pleasant polite staff.

Coastal cottage was a lovely clean and comfortable place to stay.. There were also very well thought out complimentary items which made our stay all the more comfortable. It was well equipped. The neighbours were very friendly and the beach was wonderful especially as we had it mainly to ourselves apart from the odd dog Walker.

This was our second time at coastal cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed it.. It's a well equipped cottage and has everything you need. The owners are brilliant. They made sure we had everything we wanted and went above and beyond. I would happily stay again.

The cottage is fabulous ! ! The owners thought of everything to make it homely & welcoming , including complimentary tea / coffee & biscuits for our arrival. The time spent there was enhanced by the gorgeous weather we had so made the beaches and local scenery even more inviting and beautiful. ( if that is possible ) Our dog came too .... and untill this week she was a bit shy of sand, but returned home completely converted, A great place to completely chill out and relax !!
