This fantastic property has a quirky history which has been highlighted for guests in the 'Celebrity Corner', famous faces that have performed at the Torquay Princess Theatre back in the 1970's and 1980's have stayed at this property and it's been said the show team used to gather around the piano of an evening and sing songs until the small hours. 

To the front of the property you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the open plan lounge, diner, sun lounge and kitchen. On the first floor the master bedroom and balcony, and the two other king sized bedrooms also benefit from the sea views. The bathrooms and fourth bedroom are to the rear of the property. Clearwater is close to Meadfoot beach, which is within 20 minutes walk of the property, this is a beautiful shingle beach. It makes for a lovely morning walk. Within a 10 minute drive and you'll be in the centre of Torquay Town, close to large Supermarkets and Kents Cavern. A great family day out!
