Chapel Green Studio 2 is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Polgooth near to St. Austell in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep four people in One double Zip Link bed (please ask if it requires splitting to two single beds) and One double bedroom. There is a wet room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a patio and there is off road parking for one car. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. This cottage is next to ref 3756 and 943042, and together sleep 16. Chapel Green Studio 2 is perfect for a family looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

Polgooth is a quiet settlement on the outskirts of St Austell, frequented by visitors enjoying the area's countryside. Just 3 miles from the sea, the village is close to several beaches, and the south-west coastal path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive.

Wow, what a fantastic property, it exceeded our expectations.. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The indoor pool area is lovely and if you don't want to swim there is ample seating to sit and read. The owners live on site and are extremely friendly and very helpful and what a lovely welcome with a bottle of wine, milk, eggs and chocolates in the fridge for our arrival. Would highly recommend this property and will certainly visit again!

The owners are so nice and chatty and super dog friendly.. Perfect holiday, beaches, golf, woodlands, historic places and famous attractions all nearby. Local restaurants are superb. Local dog friendly pub The Polgooth Inn is within walking distance of the property. If you get the chance to book Chapel Green, you will not be disappointed.

Polgooth is very central for you if you are planning to do some sightseeing.. and there are lots of places of interest to go and see. David and Julia who own the property go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and wanting for nothing. However their property is down a very steep slope, and if you intend to go up on foot you need to be reasonably fit. and you will find as you travel around Cornwall, that it is a very hilly area, and not very suitable for people with poor or disabled mobility.

Fabulous relaxing holiday in great home from home accommodation.. David and Julia were fantastic hosts who had thought of everything that we needed. The indoor heated pool was a great place to relax after a day round Cornwall. I would highly recommend Chapel Green. We will be back.

This was our second stay at Chapel Green, and we'd happily stay again.. The owners here are extremely friendly and welcoming, the property is gorgeous and a great base to explore Cornwall from. We especially love how close it is to the Eden Project. It was perfect for our two under 10s, and we were extremely happy to spend the hot summer evenings with the doors wide open and a glass of cold cider. I highly recommend it here.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location.. The owners were very welcoming and made sure there was everything that we needed plus a bit more. We took our elderly mother and she really enjoyed it too. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

What a wonderful cottage, best holiday in Cornwall I've ever had, and I've been holidaying there for over 20 years.. Julia and David are so welcoming, not just to us but my dogs too, they really are a wonderful couple. The cottage is stunning and the grounds outstanding. My mother of 84, myself and my dogs have had a really relaxing time and we are looking forward to seeing Julia and David next year.
