Located in the charming seaside village of Caister-on-Sea, just north of Great Yarmouth, it's the village's endless sandy beach that's the biggest draw, and rightly so. An ideal starting point for inspiring coastal walks to Hemsby, Winterton, or Great Yarmouth; there's plenty of Norfolk's expansive coastlines to discover from here. Or for a spot of culture, head to Caister's 15th-century old castle (five-minute drive away) - now home to a royal range of vintage cars. When tummies start to rumble, there are pubs for hearty grub within walking distance and, of course, an obligatory fish and chip shop. Or head home for a barbecue in your private enclosed garden, where kids and dogs can roam free with sandy toes. Inside, this home is perfectly set up for an easy family holiday. Upstairs there are smart, clutter-free spaces, including a nursery room with a cot ready to go. Downstairs, the large breakfast bar in the kitchen is a fantastic spot to all come together to rustle up breakfast and hatch plans for a day exploring. Although with that glorious beach just a stroll away, we wouldn't blame you if you stayed precisely where you are.
