Welcome to Cashel Cairns Bed and Breakfast, a friendly family home in rural settings where there is always a cup of tea and a chat on arrival.Cashel Cairns is near to Westport, one of the most vibrant towns in Ireland, where you will always find live traditional music sessions and friendly people.We are also a superb touring base for Achill Island, Cong, Knock, Leenane, Connemara and Louisburgh.The house is close to Aughgower village where St Patrick is reputed to have spent the night before climbing Croagh Patrick.There is an ancient pilgrim path that follows in his footsteps through the Tochar Valley.The route starts at Ballintubber Abbey and takes you through Aughagower to Leacht Benain, a station on Croagh Patrick.
