Set in peaceful farmland, the house offers you an opportunity to see a farm, visit old castle ruins (the nearest one in Castletown - dates back to 1225) and admire many beautiful country Churches. It is also ideal for those holiday makers who want total peace and quiet, yet it is just a short drive away from all local Attractions.
You can walk through our farm roadways, or take a bicycle ride around the area, to hear the warm witty tales of the neighbours. If you just wish to relax by a river or lake and fish or walk, please let us know and this can be arranged for you.
Centrally located, Carrigmore Farm is just 45 minutes drive from Shannon Airport, Bunratty Castle, King Johns Castle in Limerick city, and the Rock of Cashel, Holycross Abbey and the Glen of Aherlow in County Tipperary. We are a two hour drive from Killarney - the start of the Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher and Kilkenny Castle.
The house has TV/DVD/CD/ Games Console and there is also WiFi Internet access available.
There is an option to relax, and enjoy old music records.
