Lovely small cottage with fantastic views of Snowden nice comfy bed but not a lot of room to pass the bottom.. Every thing there that you need. Washing machine was good as we didn't have to take dirty washing home. Nice and peaceful with new lambs in the fields. Would stay again

Upon arrival at the bungalow, I was shocked to see how small it actually was.. I knew it was going to be a one bedroom open plan kitchen and living room but the pictures on your site makes it look much bigger than it is. The bed is way too big for that bedroom, you can't even open the wardrobe doors as there isn't enough room. Attempting to use the toilet in the middle of the night was hard work as there is no room around the bed and being half asleep you walk into the wall. On my first day, I was shocked to see crumbs on the table in the living room area and dust up the sides of the bed on the floor. I had to clean the floor and the table which is crazy as the last person should have checked out at 10am and I arrived at 3.30pm, that's 5 and a half hours for someone to clean the place. The sofa had a blanket over the headrest and it slipped down at one point. It was covering two large wear marks when someone's head had been on either side. A new sofa is definitely needed as it's seen much better days. Having said all of this, the surrounding area is beautiful and the views are stunning, it's just a shame that the above issues let it down.

The cottage we stayed at was fine for what we wanted just one little thing that could be done to improve it some clothes hooks on the bathroom door & a little bin in the bathroom.. There was no where to hang your clothes when you were having a shower & no where to put any rubbish. We would go back again sometime.

Our stay was so enjoyable we really didn’t want to leave! The cottage was cosy and clean with stunning views! We were contacted prior to arrival to ask if we needed directions but we found that using google maps took us directly there without a problem, we spent our time exploring the many beaches and towns Anglesey has to offer with our dog Marley. It was the perfect place for a romantic long weekend and we would love to return again soon! The owner greeted us not long after arrival and he was so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be recommending this place!

Very enjoyable holiday.. .lovely cottage, and great for our dog. It was exactly as advertised on the website. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Peaceful relaxing holiday....but plenty to do in Anglesey, in particular the Ribride powerboat trip up the Menai Straites...great value.

Directions given by owner not clear.. Key was in a key safe by the door, but the key was for the patio doors on another side of the property, but there was no indication of this so at first I thought there was something wrong with the door. Also there was no contact number or address if I needed to contact the owner in an emergency also most cottags have a list of local numbers i.e. doctors, vets local amenities etc. but this one did not.. My sat nav did not take me to the correct property so there should be some warning of this in the instructions. **** Owner's Response **** Thank you very much for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you had with the directions, this was a Sykes error, but has now been amended. however we realize that sometimes the satnav can be misleading. Please accept our apologies for the lack of a list of local telephone numbers. I have now included this information for future guests. I hope that despite the initial issues, you had a lovely time in my cottage

It's been a wonderful holiday for my self and my dog , I have not been able to relax so much in years, it was just what we needed.. The cottage was very clean and tidy , well equipped with everything we needed to have a great time, the views are spectacular looking over the Snowdown and the beautiful countryside. We enjoyed long walks on the beaches, the woods, so much to see and do , we had a great time. It was also nice that the owners daughter came to welcome us to the cottage and if we did need anything to just ask. I would definitely recommend a holiday at this cottage, but you do need a car to see the Island.

We had a very good holiday and were very pleased with our holiday.. I would issue a warning about the height of the main exiting door - I cracked my head until I learned! Also we were told that sheets and towels were not provided and so took those items - then found that they were in fact supplied. I took out insurance since this was a 'dog friendly' cottage and we had a young dog with us. I assumed that the insurance would cover damage caused by the dog but on reading the terms discover that it doesn't - I accept that I am to blame for not reading the terms before I took out the insurance, but think that Sykes should investigate a policy covering damage caused by pets. But the cottage was lovely and the owners were really welcoming and helpful.

Our only problem, was that there was no instructions for the use of the electric oven.. We never managed to get the grill to work.
