There are plenty of amenities in the town, as with Holsworthy further inland from the cottage. The Tamar Lakes are also easily reached, offering an array of water based activities, walks and fishing. Through to the conservatory, which doubles up as the diner, there is a large dining table for cosy meals in, a TV and more seating. The property s only bedroom has a comfy king size bed with TV, whilst the shower room is a wet room style shower, with WC. Outside, the cottage has lots of added extras to make your stay extra special. The private decked area has garden furniture that leads to the hot tub, where you can relax after a long day out, and there is a lawned area to the front of the property with an idyllic decked seating area by the pond. There is an additional woodland area with a dog run where you can let your dogs off the lead to explore. Also outside in the utility shed you will find a freezer.
