This property enjoys a quiet rural location closed to the Devon/Cornwall border, just a short distance from the cattle market town of Holsworthy, where a range of shops and tearooms can be found in the town s square.

Just eight miles to the west of the property is the popular Cornish seaside resort of Bude, with its choice of sandy beaches, a tidal pool, shops, cafes and a mini golf course. Further along the Cornish coast, yet still within easy reach, there are plenty of interesting places to explore, including: the picturesque harbour village of Boscastle; historic Tintagel, home to the legendary King Arthur; and the beautiful beaches of Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven.
