This property is walking distance from the centre of Buckland Brewer with its friendly village pub and convenient shop. A few miles north of the village, the town of Bideford is an interesting place to spend the day, wandering the cobbled streets, enjoying one of the numerous eateries, and exploring the range of independent shops. Just a little further away, and within a fifteen minute drive of the property, is the huge sandy beach at Westward Ho! which makes it popular with families and water sports enthusiasts alike. This homely bungalow offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. The main living space of the property is the lounge/diner, which offers a relaxing space in which guests can enjoy their evenings after a busy day of sightseeing. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, as well as the expected TV/DVD with Sky TV there is also a games console, with a choice of games, which may prove a hit with younger guests, or with competitive adults. At the other end of this room, the dining table seats four and is ideal for enjoying relaxed family meals. The separate kitchen offers an additional seating area, in the form of a breakfast bar, which is great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning listening to the DAB radio. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher, whilst a freezer and tumble dryer can be found in the garage, which also serves as a handy storage space for bikes, surfboards etc. There are two bedrooms, the first of these, a double room, has the additional benefit of its own TV. The second bedroom is an attractive twin room, with lovely seaside accents to the decoration. The twin bedroom has French doors leading out to the rear garden. The property s bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed rear garden, with lawn area, mature shrubs, and a patio with seating and a BBQ where guests may like to enjoy alfresco meals during the warmer months. There is off road parking provided for two cars.
