Peaceful, lovely views, interior and furnishings very good. Only two things that let the house down was the outside area. At the back of the house there was a pile of tarmac and building rubbish. The field that was stated in the property’s information as suitable for children to play wasn’t at all suitable as it was very rough ground and on a steep slope

Stayed here last week, 8 people in total. Fabulously Located but VERY rural the cottage is only 2 years old.The nearest town is Corwen, North much in it , a chippy which was very good. Nisa Shop and and Chinese Takeaway. Most Attractions are at least an hours drive away. The nearest big supermarket is either Sainsburys or Tesco about 12 miles away, but they will deliver. The area is steeped in Countryside Ideal for walking. All in All Great Stay.

This wonderful "cottage" is stunning. The building itself is well-designed for large family groups and has all necessary amenities, plus extras. Even with the enforced restrictions during the COVID-19 problems, we had a most wonderful week staying here with four adults (two generations) and three young ones. It is situated a long way from any other habitation; a twenty minute walk to the nearest neighbour and quite a bit further to Melin y Wig, the nearest village. None of us had ever experienced such peace and quiet, even with our "littlies". The views, whatever the weather, are just amazing. We spent the clear nights showing the young ones planets, constellations and satellites as there is virtually no light pollution. Even in September, we managed a couple of nights with barbecue meals on the lovely patio, but the kitchen is large enough for any occasion and extremely well-appointed as is the utility room. Indeed, everything one may need is available at some point. The one possible drawback will be for those with "flash" cars. The "driveway" is a rather rough track up and over a quite notable hill - a couple of time, I had to roll back and "take a run at it". The kids loved this!
