Area
Penygroes is a charming quiet village around six miles from the old castle town of Caernarfon, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, with great scenic treks and mountain vistas easily accessible. The village has a nice assortment of stores, cafes, and bars, and the surrounding area is full of restaurants and activities such as swimming, tennis, golfing surfing, and horseback riding. Also nearby is Plas Dinas Country House for a transportation back in time.
