Property Description

Broomhurst Grove is a spacious converted barn and has been furnished with both comfort and style.  It is a modern open plan design and all the rooms are on the ground level with stunning far reaching views across the countryside.  The property is located on a small homestead with 52 acres, including 7 acres of woodland which you are welcome to explore and enjoy.  This property boasts a fenced and secure garden with a patio seating area.  The property uses sustainable energy systems with solar panels for heating the hot water and has the underfloor heating throughout.  There is also a wood burning stove with all logs supplied.  The property can sleep up to six using a full sized truckle bed in bedroom 3.  This is more suited to teenagers and children as when both beds are made up there is no room either side.  As a single bedroom it is perfect.  There is an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Close by you can drive easily to many of our lovely gardens and National Trust properties.  The Sussex coastline is dramatic and worth a visit as are the close by towns of Battle and Tunbridge Wells.  This is a great area for walkers or cyclists.

Size: Sleeps up to 6, 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a 3ft single bed with a full-sized pull-out truckle bed - when both beds are made up into a double there is no room on either side of the bed

Storage for own bicycles available. Fresh eggs are available to buy from the owner's happy hens and home produced sausages are also available to buy.
