This property is situated close to the centre of the Brixham, a pretty harbour town which is located on the western edge of Torbay in South Devon.

The town itself has a range of interesting shops and a number of well regarded restaurants, many of which specialise in serving the local seafood. Some visitors, on the other hand, like to take the opportunity to catch their own supper and join one of the accompanied fishing cruises that leave from the town s harbour, or alternatively take a leisurely trip on one of the pleasure boats that run around the bay.
