Visit the nearby coastal town of Birdlington, with shops, restaurants, spa and harbour, and is known as the lobster capital of Europe. Explore Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a beautiful country house with gardens, woodland and animals. Head further afield to the city of York, where you can explore the cathedral and minster, visit one of the museums and historic landmarks or enjoy some retail therapy and get a bite to eat. Park directly in front of the property and start to unpack for your stay. Stepping into this seaside property, you ll be taken down the hallway and into the lounge/diner. This light and welcoming room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, dvd player and a cosy wood burner, the perfect place to warm your toes after a day of walking and exploring. Up the next set of steep stairs to the second floor is a king size bedroom with television, plenty of natural light and space to store your clothes. Outside you ll find a patio and lawn area, a perfect spot to chill at the end of your day's exploration. There is secure lock up storage if you wish to store your bike or beach equipment, and roadside parking is subject to availability.
