The pretty village of Appledore is just a short drive away and makes a lovely place to spend an afternoon watching the boats in the harbour or perhaps catching the ferry across the estuary to Instow. The larger town of Bideford is also close by, with a range of independent shops scattered along its narrow streets. This property is accessed on foot through double gates and into the private courtyard.
