Located in a peaceful area of New Quay, Belvedere is 20 minutes' from the local beaches, sheltered harbour and a number of great pubs, shops and restaurants. The Cardigan Bay Watersports Centre is also located here offering a number of adventurous activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding and sailing. Once famous for smuggling, fishing and wooden boatbuilding, the town is now a great place to sit and enjoy an ice cream while looking out for the resident bottlenose dolphins.

Second Floor: Twin zip'n'link bedroom (can be made as Superking on request) with en suite shower room, WC and wash basin. 
• Kitchen and utilities: Slate floor kitchen with electric/gas range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. External utility room/cloakroom: With washing machine and WC.
• Entertainment: TV's in living area, king bedroom and double bedroom. External games room with pool table and darts. Wi-Fi available.
• For families: travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
• Outside: Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture.
• General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
• Pets: 1 dog welcome. Please bring your own dog bed. Dog not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
