This modern-day mansion sits in the exclusive neighbourhood of Branksome Park. It’s a ten-minute stroll to the beach-hut-lined sand of Branksome Beach where you’ll find glorious promenade walks and access to your own private beach hut. The home itself is pure luxury, with a private driveway leading to the red-brick building. The sunny side terrace is set up with plush seating for afternoon cocktails and a sunken hot tub bubbles away in the deck. There’s a summer house too. Inside, it’s a modern yet beachy vibe and we particularly love the dining table, shaped like a giant piece of driftwood. A few mid-century touches keep the decor stylish – the 1960s entertainment unit in the plush living room, a velvet ottoman in the master bedroom, and the master bathroom’s suite like a vision of the future by a 1950s Sci-fi author.
