The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a separate utility room where you will also find a very useful drying area. The property s dining room is in a light and airy area and has seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal. The main bathroom has a twin Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC. Located at the rear of the ground floor is a snug area with an armchair and sofa with TV plus a single bedroom. Just off the lounge is the fantastic games room with a full size snooker table. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second is a triple bedroom with a double bed and single. The property benefits from open views and great outside space with a lawned area, ideal for your kids and four legged pups to run around and enjoy.
