An incredibly modern flat, Arthur’s Armour has an interior that clearly borrows from the taupe-heavy designs of Karen Hoppen, the effect being a calm, but unmistakably luxurious environment. It doesn’t feel like someone’s home but it isn’t supposed to. As for the location, both Earl’s Court and Kensington High Street are nearby, which is fantastic, as long as you can put up with the noise from Cromwell Road. It’s one of the main arteries into the city from the west, and there’s traffic most hours of the day and night.
Home truths: *This flat is in a building of similar places, designed to be rented out, so it won't have the atmosphere you'd get from staying in someone's home
*The only bedroom with air conditioning is the master
*The kitchen's generally pretty good, but it doesn't have a toaster
*Outside is Cromwell Road, which is very busy, and you can hear it even from inside
