The cottage is very cosy with modern facilities.. The location is superb due to being in the centre of Dartmouth, just a few minutes walk from the quayside, shops and restaurants. This was great for us because we travelled to the places we wanted to go to by ferry and steam train. The drawback for us was the parking space. This is at the back of the property via a narrow lane. We have a medium size car but still needed help to get in and out, though one of our helpers said he had seen people driving through in 4x4s....

The small chairs in the lounge very uncomfortable..

Great cottage in a brilliant location with the bonus of parking which is always useful in Dartmouth.. We had a very comfortable stay, the cottage has everything you need, we made use of the Spa facilities when the weather wasn't that great too. The Coast & Country team are really helpful and extremely efficient when we had an issue with the wi-fi. Highly recommended, we'll be back.
