Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a separate sitting room. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture. 5 Park Place is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday break with your family. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Tenby is a walled seaside town in Pembrokeshire, Wales, situated on the western side of the Carmarthen Bay. Boasting a wonderful harbour for a variety of watersports including boating and fishing. With easy access to the wonderful coastline with a variety of local sandy beaches to choose from. Let's not forget the variety of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The cottage is perfectly located near to shops and the lovely town of Tenby. It's on a quiet back street away from traffic noise and despite no on-street parking the place is literally a couple minutes walk from a multi-story carpark with reasonable charges for the week. The dog-friendly portion of South Beech is only about 400m walk. So really can't fault any of those aspects. The house is roomy and well equiped in general. Split over 4 levels this isn't one if you want to avoid stairs but has 3 double-rooms so plenty of bed-space :) The main issues for me were the bath, which is implied on the listing, but really for a 6ft 2 man it's impossible to have a shower without being on your knees in the bath. The on-tap shower is fairly low pressure so can imagine it being a challenge if a family of 6 wanted to all get cleaned up at the end of a day's beech day covered in sand. The other main issue for me was the inconsistent heights of doors, pretty much every door in the house has a different height, and some are well under 6ft ... similarly with the eaves of the house encroaching into landings you're always ducking/weaving to get around. I happened to mis-time one trip into the lounge and cracked my head sharply on the doorframe which put me out of action for a day feeling woozy. It's so close to be being a brilliant house but the bathroom for us means i can't see us returning to this one unfortunately.

From the moment you open the door the thought the owners have put into making the holiday one to remember is exeptional. Amazing decor, spotlessly clean and comfortable this terrace really is a hidden gem of the town. Everything you need in a kitchen to be able to cater in whilst on holiday was available. A credit to the owners is the thought they have put into the comfort of guests. From garden furniture to top quality beds with comfy mattress they really have excelled using quality furnishings and products throughout. Property is within the town making it easily accessible, and convenient. We would recommend without hesitation. This is by far the best holiday rental we have stayed at and cant wait to return.

Amazing holiday at 5 Park Place - five stars in every aspect.. The property is spotless, exceptional decor and has everything you could need for your holiday. The little items often forgotten in the kitchen.. they have them. Which made eating in a breeze. Enclosed rear garden was fantastic for sitting out and relaxing, the owners had even given thought to the garden chairs being comfy instead of the std plastic. The owners really have throught of everything, this property is a credit to them. From the decor to the little welcome extras, outastanding from the moment you open the door. We will be booking again.

What an awesome cottage, everything was brand new and very retro.. The little courtyard was just lovely as was the weather. The bathroom beautiful and the lounge gorgeous definitely the best cottage we have ever stayed in. One downside is parking, the owner should think about getting a permit as we had to park in the multi storey car park. Other than that just perfect and I am very fussy. Also very close to shops and restaurants.
