Amazing. I have stayed in this cottage every year for 2 weeks since 2016. We missed it last year 2020 but loved all the work Jo had had done. This cottage has every thing you need. It is close range of all amenities also. We are all booked for next year also. I worked the new cooker out very quickley this year :) Thank you Jo for the rental of your beautiful cottage. It is like a second home. Charles and I love it.

We stayed for a week at October half term 2020 with a 3 generation family of 7. The house is in a great location with lovely views from the dining area however it is not suitable for people who don't like hills or steep stairs. The house has a large kitchen & dining area which is good for a large family. There are 2 small living rooms with furniture that has seen much better days. There is 1 small TV in the house supported by wifi that doesn't work correctly. I could go on but it is obvious that the owners need to spend time, effort and money making this into a quality holiday let. I would also suggest to the cleaners that moving furniture and cleaning windows every now and then would make for a cleaner house. In summary this place is unsuitable for large families and needs lots of attention to bring up to expectations of paying customers.

We had a fabulous 5 day break at this cottage! The facilities and location were brilliant. My only feedback for improvement would be the settee and lounge chairs in the main living room were pretty uncomfortable and as we spent all the evenings chilling in front of the fabulous fire this was a little disappointing but by no means stopped us enjoying the cottage. I would come back a couple of times a year as we visit Scarborough regularly if the furniture in that room was updated.

House is absolutely amazing.. It has everything you need for a break and loads more. The space is fantastic and easily accommodated two families and with two living rooms it kept the kids quiet too. The location couldn't be better and was an easy walk into the centre, the front and the (re-vamped and worth a few trips) market. We've been visiting Scarborough almost annually my whole life and it's the first time I've been sad to go in a good few years! I would definitely recommend this and we will be booking here again.

The location is excellent. The accomodation is excellent. You get a lovely welcome pack which includes, bread, jam, milk, tea, coffee, sugar. Also a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine. This is the 4th year we have rented the property and we have never been let down yet. A great family holiday home. Amenities are all very close. It is family-friendly and my friends love it also. Thank you Jo.

This is the 4th yr I have visited and stayed for a couple of days. The house is lovely it's well maintained and clean. The beds are so comfy the on suit wet rooms are just what you need after a day out. The views from the kitchen and patio are beautiful. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and has a lot of natural light. The owners have done a brilliant job of making it a home away from home. Guest Tracy

Cottage was lovely close to all attractions.. However locks on bathroom doors could do with repair and also DVD player kept freezing during use. Parking was difficult but spaces on Church Terrace were close to cottage once found as road is cul-de-sac. Overall we had a great week and would definitely go back.
