Bedroom 2: adult sized bunk beds, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 2'6" twin beds, built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: bath with shower over. WC and handbasin.

Entertainment: Smart TV.
For Families: beach
Outside: both the front and back gardens have chairs and a table, Games including Jenga/Giant Pick a Stick/ Tennis Rackets.
Parking: parking is in the public area beside the nearby pub.
General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Oil central heating and a wood burner. A starter pack of logs is provided November-March. No smoking.

Notes: there are a couple of steps between the kitchen and living areas. Front garden of the cottage is walled with five steps up to a platform and five steps down into the garden (part of the flood defence for this row of cottages).
