Really pleased with our choice, kids loved it, overlooks the water and 5 mins from town. Accommodation is modern and in great order. It was spotless when we arrived.

We stayed here last year and have just got around to reviewing, this is a lovely apartment with everything you require for an ideal get away. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down or the tide coming in is a joy. Everything you need is within walking distance the perfect location and a 5 min drive around to the main beach. Our 2 dogs also enjoyed it here a nice walk along the promenade in the mornings or around the estuary. I would definitely recommend Marina View as the perfect location on Pwllheli .

We loved the house with great views over the marina.. It was close to shops and the beach was a short walk away. The beds were really comfortable and the house was lovely and warm - showers were great. Having a gated car park was also appreciated. A lovely relaxing stay.

Lovely property.. Excellent value for money. Bigger than expected and so light and airy. Enjoyed the views. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable. Yes you can here the road when in the front bedroom, but we found it was loudest on the Saturday night. It didn't affect our stay. This is the price you pay for being so central. You didn't have to walk far for anything and in fact we did not use our car all week. Trains are not very frequent and certainly not very noisy. Also the train is handy for travelling along the coast. We had a lovely week and definitely recommend.

Stylish and comfortable accomodation with wonderful views accross to the marina.. Location was great - only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Although backing on to the railway station, this was made clear in the description and trains were infrequent and did not affect our holiday! We would certainly return.

Yes.It took us a while to get used to the noise from the busy road traffic and the nearness to the railway ..

A lovely location with a beautiful view over the marina. So convenient for local shops and restaurants, within walking distance of marina, town centre and larger supermarket. The house is immaculate, with a modern style and great facilities including comfy beds. Private parking was a bonus. Loved that there is a shower room on both floors and the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area encourages quality family time -The proprietors even included board games. Will definitely be returning during the Summer and looking forward to enjoying the view whilst breakfasting or having an evening glass of wine on the balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Near to all amenities, the house was lovely and clean, modern and well stocked.. A great view over the Marina, no downside to this property. The weather was an added bonus and to have a secure parking area thrown in it couldn't have been better.

Great apartment, the view across to the Marina changes hourly and always has lots of birds and waterfowl flying in and out.. Close to the town centre and the railway station.

This property looks really very nice in the pictures and is very nice inside, 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, nice kitchen and living area, clean and with a view of the marina. We thought we were in for a lovely week in Pwllhelli, that is until we arrived and found it was on a very noisy busy road. Not too happy to see that we went into the property and looked out of the windows at the back of the house and found a railway line directly outside and when I say directly outside the back of the house I mean no further than 2 meters away. The first night was a nightmare, cars whizzing up and down the road and the house is not exactly sound proof, it sounded like I was trying to sleep outside. There are also heavy lorries up and down the road, there is an Industrial Estate at the end of the road. The lorries also park overnight in the road and start up and rev their engines at around 5.30 - 6am. There was a lot of shouting going on from the pub across the way and trains rumbling past at the back of the house. PEACEFUL it aint. I was so, so tired I was unfit to drive. The second and third nights were just the same (apart from the shouting coming from the pub) it was impossible to sleep. We had to give up and come home, arrived Saturday left on Tuesday morning. We drove 316 miles for this experience, and 316 back again, we saw nothing of the area. This has to be the worst experience we have ever had.

Marina View is a lovely property with great views.. It was an extremely comfortable stay with everything you could possibly need. The property is very spacious and well set out. Very handy for Pwellheli train station (2 minute walk away) and a short walk into town. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Marina View again.
