This single-storey cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for four people, as well as a sitting room with TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size), along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawned area and off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and pub and within 1 mile, a beach. 3 Bears Cottage is a delightsome dwelling for a family escape to the Cornish coast.

Area
Bude is a wonderful beach town that you will want to visit again and again after your first visit. Bude has everything for everyone, including wonderful beaches for relaxing and making sandcastles, rockpools to explore at low tide, and cafes from which to observe it all. All year long, the rolling waves are ideal for surfing, and the walks along the restored canal or along the North Cornwall coastal route provide an excellent opportunity to explore and admire the stunning scenery. Bude also includes a fantastic golf course, an indoor pool, a bowling alley/indoor play area, and the Bude Castle Heritage Centre. There's also a good assortment of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as an outstanding Information Center.
