2 Cae Glas is a welcoming terraced cottage in Dwygyfylchi near Penmaenmawr and Conwy. The cottage has a double and two single rooms on the first floor, and a twin room on the second floor. There is a first floor bathroom, and downstairs is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is roadside parking, a front courtyard and a rear patio with furniture. 2 Cae Glas is a great base for enjoying this lovely area, from the coast around Conwy to the Snowdonia mountain range.

Nestled on the North Wales coast between Llanfairfechan and Conwy, Penmaenmawr is an old quarrying town now adapted into a delightful community stretching along this stunning coastline, yet retaining much of its Victorian architecture, with many local pubs, restaurants and shops, a superb golf course and golden, sandy beaches.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage, the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating to deal with. The house is beautifully presented with stunning views. The location is great for walks and easy access to nearby beaches and towns (recommend a day out in Conwy). Definitely will return!

No reason given, one week before we were due to go we received an email stating they had cancelled our booking without taking payment. When we contacted the company who managed the property, they told us it was booked for the same week in someone else's name. All we can assume is it was a fault with booking.com as no holiday home owner would double book on purpose, but we would urge anyone who does book this cottage to double check they actually have a booking. Our message to the home owner would be sort this out so someone else doesn't to through the same thing and perhaps don't advertise your property on multiple sites without keeping track of them all!!

Well appointed and comfortable cottage- great views towards the sea! Cottage was clean and well equipped and the owner provided useful information about local walks and attractions. Great place to stay to explore Snowdonia, Anglesey and the N Wales coast. Parking is limited on street outside but at the time we travelled was not a great problem

The location was excellent and a beautiful view.. Lovely friendly people in the village and the two shops down the road were enough for a few stock items. The house had a view to die for and it was warm clean and cosy. Excellent kitchen equipment and fitted out fabulously. The new bathroom was excellent and every room was clean and beds comfortable and warm. Nothing left to say but excellent accommodation will definitely visit again.

This holiday cottage is in a great location enabling you to walk out and up into the hills without using the car.. There is a pub in walking distance . The kitchen is equipped with lots of cooking stuff and the bathroom is ultra modern. We had a great stay and everything was spotlessly clean.

This was our second visit to the property.. We were looking for a couple of days of comfort, peace and quiet with our dog Stanley (who has had a difficult time with all the fireworks going off in his neighbourhood at home) and we certainly got all of that. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the views and even managed a couple of afternoons on the beach. An excellent way to recharge our batteries.

Fabulous holiday cottage ideal for exploring North Wales Located on the edge of Penmaenmawr, this cottage is the perfect base for exploring the area.. Cal Gas is a really lovely cottage, really well equipped for up to 6 people and features:- Lovely fitted kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, double oven, microwave, 5 burner cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has a terrific view of the coast line and it’s relaxing watching the tide coming in and out. The bathroom has a nice deep bath, and modern walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed Bedrooms 2 & 3 are singles Bedroom 4 is a loft extension with twin single beds Outdoor table & chairs are located in the front and back patio areas On street parking is available. We highly recommend this cottage, and we will certainly be booking again for next year.

Lovely house with spectacular views.. Above average kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable and with lots of helpful information about the house facilities as well as the area, making it a most welcoming place. The location is outstanding for touring the whole Snowdon area with easy access to coastal centres too. Thoroughly recommended.

The owner supplied leaflets with lots of ideas for things to see and do.. We were a mixed group of 4 adults with quite varied interests but there was choice in the area to indulge everyone. Castle, mediaeval houses, nice pubs, natural history, beaches. The list goes on! We didn't always need the car to access and enjoy activities. Someone with limited mobility might find some things a bit tricky it's very hilly! Do check this out. Do research before you go and have a good time as we did.

The cottage was really clean, had amazing views of mountains, sea and the great Orme.. Very relaxing and such a nice atmosphere. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. The bath is a generous size and the shower was fantastic. I could have spent hours in the lounge window looking out to sea particularly at night. What a brilliant 4 day break. The owner gave us good advice on good places to eat and visit.

Beautiful house very clean & well facilitated - amazing views of the mountain .. The only drawback is just the one bathroom with six people staying you can do a downstairs water closet. Otherwise everything was more than satisfactory . Happy to stay again

Beautiful place with fantastic surroundings.. The property has everything you’ll need and is a very comfortable stay. The owner is lovely and very helpful with assisting you on places to visit. My sister and I booked the cottage for a small creative retreat, and we loved it! It's close enough to Conwy, Caernarfon, and even Snowdonia to make touring the area possible, even if you're relying on public transportation. But it's also nice to get back, put your feet up, and sip tea while admiring that amazing view. We didn't want to leave!

The cottage was clean, excellently equipped and beautifully appointed.. Real care and attention to detail and been taken in equipping and decorating it. It was a real pleasure to stay there for a week. It has excellent views front and rear. It is near local shops and close to main road links so easy to get anywhere. Neighbours are welcoming and everyone was really friendly. Only slight downside is that on-road parking is a little congested - it's very narrow and you need to park close to a wall with no pavement.

Being on a hill and overlooking the sea gave us spectacular views. We all loved watching the amazing sunsets. There was an excellent selection of board games (always a must when you're on holiday with children!). Our neighbours were all very friendly and helpful. It was a fabulous base for a family holiday as there is so much to see and do in the region.
