Lovely place to get away.. Saw the milky way. Great scenic location. Will be even better when the local bar nearby is open.

The holiday home was in a stunning location with views of achill island , clew bay and Atlantic Ocean .. It was very clean and had all amenities you could require. There was a beautiful beach 5-10 minutes walk away . The people were very friendly . We spent two days exploring achill, taking the wild altantic way drive to spending time on keel and Keem beaches , we played pitch and put in the valley in achill , stopped at teds. The holiday home location was ideal for this. We traveled north to Ballycroy national park which took us on a drive of stunning scenery , the park itself was beautifully but could not recommend the coffee shop, we visited and climbed croagh Patrick , visited louisburg , these were all 45 to 60 minutes away but was worth the visit

With great views of the ocean and Achill island, the cottage has other houses around it but is very peaceful and set back from a quite lane. It's fairly simple but adequately equipped, although the hot water system is a little bit decrepit. It's a great location for exploring Achill island and you'll be able to watch all the weather the Atlantic can throw at you whilst staying warm and cosy.

On arrival to Achill view, the weather wasn't great but we knew what to expect... On entry to the bungalow we were absolutely delighted with the warmth and cleanliness of place.. The kitchen, they had thought of absolutely everything for a lovely holiday and comfortable stay. Thank you very much for a most joyous stay and your thoughtful extra touches did not go amiss. Very much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing views! We were slightly disappointed in the "beach" area. It was not as close as we had hoped nor was it as beachy as the pictures on the internet make it seem. With that said, that is the only thing that was a disappointment!

The comfort of the double bed in the main bedroom was the only thing that fell short of perfection.. A lovely, well cared for cottage in an idyllic location.

The cottage was cosy and comfortable with amazing views from each window. The beach out front was simply gorgeous and you are in the perfect location to explore the nearby attractions, Keem Beach being a favourite of ours. Our girls aged 9 and 11 are as desperate to return as are we. It was a perfect Easter break and wholeheartedly recommended.
