Great apartment! Spacious and well/quiet location. Basic kitchen. Beds poor quality (creaking and bad mattresses) and a little backlog of maintenance (hose shower, loose skirting boards, discolored walls / floors). Nice playground equipment in front of the door! Good pizzeria next door with relatively little noise! Bad sleep does not make it repeatable, unfortunately!
