Hill Top Farm Cottage is located on the owners' smallholding in the village of Martletwy near Narbeth in South Wales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and sleeps six people with one double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect for children who can join in with helping the animals on the smallholding, Hill Top Farm Cottage is a wonderful family holiday home, all year round.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Utility.

Area
With its abundance of quirky shops, tea-rooms and restaurants, the bustling town of Narberth is a wonderful place for a daytrip, and with many pubs as well as live bands playing at the Queens' Hall it makes a great place for a night out too. The rest of Pembrokeshire is within easy reach, with the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot particularly close by, as are the isolated, unspoiled sandy beaches at Broad Haven and Barafundle. Boat trips are available locally and offer visitors the chance to spot dolphins in their natural habitat, whilst the island of Skomer is home to a huge variety of bird life. For those who crave something more of an adrenaline rush, the Oakwood Theme Park is close by and the area is home to numerous white water rafting opportunities.

Cottage was incredibly well equipped, furnished and clean. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen (plus some extra things!). The hosts Pat and Teresa were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming and there to answer any questions. Du the dog was just excellent - our three year old is very unsure of dogs and absolutely loved Du. The surroundings are beautiful, it was lovely having a wander about to see the sheep and waking up each morning to see the chickens outside. The cottage is absolutely perfectly placed to explore Tenby and the surrounding areas. We had an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lovely cottage in a great location.. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Our three children absolutely loved feeding the chickens and meeting Dee the sheepdog. Cottage had everything we needed for a week of beach exploring, including washing machine, dryer and even detergent! Thank you for a lovely break, we will be back next year.

The cottage is in a glorious setting.. It has all the comforts and conveniences required to have a memorable holiday. The owners Theresa and Pat were extremely welcoming and helped make our stay so enjoyable. We loved our stay at Hill Top Farm with a special mention to Dee the dog who welcomed us every day.. The cottage was exceptionally well equipped and a real home from home. Ideally situated for visiting for visiting Narbeth and Tenby and just down the road from Oakwood and Blue water if you have children to entertain. The owners Teresa and Pat were nearby if needed and the fresh flowers and Welsh cakes were much appreciated.

Very easy to find Hill Top Cottage.. Owners very pleasant nice welcome had a chat most days recommended a lovely walk for a first day which was excellent. Very good comfortable accommodation. Plenty of hot water, easy quick central heating system. We were very lucky with the weather sunny every day bar one which was cloudy with two hours of rain. The area around Narberth and the cottage is extremely pleasant and well looked after as is the whole of Pembrokeshire. With its coastal path, rivers, gardens, castles, pretty villages and wonderful beaches it has so much to offer for a relaxing holiday and the people we met just encouraged us to have a good time.

No everything was fine and the hosts were very good.. There wasn't quite enough wood for the log burner on the first night but that could be because we lit it early and kept it going for novelty value until nearly 11pm. I'm sure if we had asked for more logs they we would have been provided with them so not a problem at all.

Had a very comfortable stay in this well equipped cottage, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The weather was perfect. There are plenty of places to visit, and places to eat, all within driving distance of the cottage. I really enjoyed looking after the chickens and eating their eggs. They were tasty. There is everything there you need for a holiday. We all fell in love with Dee and wanted to take him home! The owners Pat and Teresa were fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Really hope we can stay there again, maybe for longer next time. Highly recommended.

A comfortable cottage in a lovely part of the world.. Loved the personal touches such as the flower arrangements in every room and the welsh cakes provided. The only draw back is the location on a busy A road. Although inside the house it was not a problem, when you want to sit in the garden on a lovely warm day the noise of the traffic does somewhat spoil the experience! Special mention to Dee the dog who always welcomed us back after a day out.

Teresa and Pat (the owners) were very welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed feeding the chickens, and we all loved Dee. We had our 90+ year-old mothers with us.. The cottage was exactly what we needed: completely level floors; accessible shower/wet room; lovely views out and paved outside seating. The Pembrokeshire coast provided spectacular views. The whole week was a huge success.

The cottage is very spacious, with three bedrooms, one has an en suit, and are all fitted out with wardrobes.. The cottage's utility room is kitted out with lots of extra equipment that is conducive to daily living. The kitchen / lounge is wonderful as you can prepare food and be with the family. The location is excellent as you can access the whole of west wales easily, Saunders foot and its sisters beaches are only 15-20 mins in the car. Farmer pat and Teresa who own the property are very happy to help if there are any problems, and if you have small children will teach them how to look after chickens, giving them some responsibility during the course of your stay. The location is very quiet, there is the hum of the road but apart from that it's perfect if you had a day in the garden. Their dog is so friendly and plays a big part in your stay as he meets and greets you when you arrive from days out. We will be booking for next year so I could not really recommend it enough.

Lovely cottage with on a small holding with owners who are accommodating without being too intrusive. Clean, well equipped, well designed and well decorated cottage with everything you could possibly need including consumables. A particularly nice touch was for our young children to 'look after' some chickens for the week; feeding, watering and collecting eggs for breakfast. The location is excellent within easy reach of the many activities in the area, such as Folly Farm and Bluestones (Blue Lagoon is great for any 'wet' days) as well as great beaches at Saundersfoot, Tenby, Barrafundle, St Davids..the list goes on. Would easily choose this property again if staying in Pembrokeshire. We would easily recommend this prpo
