The mop stinks, the same one for years, and there are no wine glasses in the south of France!!! The chairs are cracked. Most importantly, though, is the lack of a decent fan. Last year, there was a decent one, but the current one is absolutely useless. It's definitely time for air conditioning. This year, temperatures were so high—35-37 degrees Celsius during the day, and always 30+ degrees Celsius at night in the mezzanine—that vacations were a nightmare. We've been going there for years, but until we get air conditioning, we'll pass. It's time to invest in air conditioning; then we'll definitely be back.

Excellent location, perfect sea view, closeness to the center appreciated and covered parking a plus. The furniture could be improved, especially in the bathroom. Overall, the stays made in the same complex, the best G.

Incredible location and view!! Loved our stay. Appropriately modest for the pricepoint. Very simple and function in the best way. No A/C was a bit of a iscomfort but felt very old St Tropez. Will be back for sure.

Since last year the living conditions have improved, new mattresses in the bedroom, a new sofa for resting. On the minus side every year there is a lack of cleaning products, for cleaning the toilet etc. Dirty sticky kitchen cabinets or dirty balcony glass are also a big minus. Overall the facility as usual is worth recommending, renting a similar facility for this amount in sttropez is rather impossible

Unfortunately, you can see the lack of any investment by the owner, it's getting worse every year. Damaged balcony doors, damaged shower that pours water everywhere, no cleaning products. Not to mention the wall on the terrace that has been scratched for years. The sofa is so dingy that you have to sit on a towel.
