Beautiful location.. Absolutely stunning area. Lots to see and do. Cottage close to local shop and lovely pub a short drive away. Supermarket in a village about 3-4 miles away. Nice cafe there too. Lovely people EVERYWHERE we went. Near to lovely beaches. Aberffraw Beach and estuary about 3-4 miles away. Great for little kids as lots of shallow pools. Lovely cafe there too.

Unfortunately we were not informed that the washing machine was not available, apparently Sykes Cottages should have told us.. Otherwise the cottage was lovely, especially the grounds.

Lovely cottage in beautiful grounds and a superb area, we had a lovely holiday and would return again except for the steps which we were warned about so no ones fault but our own..

The accommodation was extremely pleasant and ideally situated to various tourist sites in Anglesey.. I received a lovely welcome from the owner together with flowers and Welsh cakes which were very well received. I was lucky enough to see a red squirrel and a barn owl on the premises and would highly recommend a holiday vacation there.

Wonderful setting - located within a quieter area on the Island - the only place on our travels around Anglesey that we found to be busy was Rhosneigr [although our break was taken inearly May] and this appears to have always been the case - will happily return for another holiday in the future..

Henblas Granary is a very comfortable and well appointed cottage, set in beautiful gardens and woodland complete with red squirrels.. The scenery on Anglesey is stunning and most of the beautiful sandy beaches are dog friendly. Mr and Mrs Davies made us very welcome and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

A beautiful old granary in a super location in the grounds of an old house with lovely wooded walks.. A quiet location with the occasional red squirrel. Good for dogs with a large paddock for exercise. The beautiful sandy beaches of Newborough and Rhosneigr only a short distance away. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely cottage in a wonderful scenic location.. The stairs leading up to the accomodation are the only downside and we had to be careful when the toddler headed for the door, however the swing in the garden was a great favourite. There's an enclosed paddock available for dog owners which is very safe. We very much enjoyed our stay at Hen Blas.

A warm welcome by the owners and always at hand if we needed anything.. a beautiful grade 2 listed building with gorgeous well kept grounds. A private paddock where you can exercise your dog. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A fantastic location, not only very beautiful and tranquil but well placed for all the gorgeous blue flag beaches but also not far from the centre of Llanefgni for shops and supermarkets. An ideal place for both singles, couples and families especially if you have pets and want to share your holiday with the whole family. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

November 2017
We spent a perfect week at this lovely cottage on Anglesey.. The property is not far from the bridge onto the island and approached down a tree-lined drive. It’s set in beautiful, peaceful countryside, surrounded by woods and fields with grazing sheep. The cottage is accessed via a flight of outside steps and is very comfortable and spacious, with everything you need for your holiday - and perfectly snug and warm, even in December. Our dog had a great time, walking in the woods and running off his lead around the enclosed paddock area. Everywhere on Anglesey is within easy reach, just a short drive to Holyhead or Beaumaris and any of the great beaches and hiking areas. We can’t recommend this property highly enough.

October 2016
We booked this cottage for a relaxing week with our two springer spaniels and had an amazing time.. The granary is set in the most beautiful surroundings and the cottage itself is like home from home, I have never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped and comfortable. The dog area is totally fenced in and has trees and bushes which our dogs loved exploring and sniffing round without us worrying they would go too far. It was our first trip to Anglesey but we will certainly be back in the near future.
Mrs Edwards, December 2016

The Granary is a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting of gardens and woodland.. It is very quiet and peaceful there. Mr. & Mrs. Davies are very welcoming and helpful. We spent a most enjoyable week exploring Anglesey with our dog, and were delighted to find that nowhere was very far from the cottage. There are plenty of dog-friendly beaches within very easy reach. The scenery and views of Snowdonia are stunningly beautiful and we should certainly like to stay there again. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.
