There is also a ground-floor shower room, one ground-floor bathroom, one bathroom with cast iron roll-top bath and one en-suite. There is a sitting room with TV with Sky dining area and kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a first-floor sitting room with Sky TV. Outside there is a garden with decked area and children's play area. Amenities within a short drive. Note: Guests are advised that as the hot tubs need to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening of their stay. Note: £200 good housekeeping bond. Note: 10 person hot tub and swim spa at an additional £130 supplement. Note: The hot tub will need to be requested via Sykes

Set in a lovely tranquil and rural location NW cast of Anglesey. Enjoy the views or take a trip to Church Bay and sample the delights of The Lobster Pot. Cemlyn is accessible via the coastal path and Trearddur Bay with its popular sandy beach is a ten minute drive away. For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a trout fishery at Llyn Llygeirian, which is accessed via an old quarry track.
